Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thalenislab@gmail.com.

To process your request, we kindly ask that you provide photos or video evidence of the damage before opening the product.

Eligible cases will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Please note: minimal dents or scuffing to external packaging may occur during transit and is not considered product damage.
Product Satisfaction
We understand how important product satisfaction is. If you have concerns regarding your order, please contact us and our team will review your feedback carefully. Whenever possible, we will work with you to provide a fair resolution, which may include replacement or alternative solutions.
Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address or missed delivery attempts, no refund will be issued.
Processing Fee
Please note that a small $3 return processing fee may apply to certain returned orders.
